Privacy notice for the Leymoon rewards programme

This explains what Leymoon collects when you join its rewards programme, what it is used for, and how to stop it. It covers the rewards programme and orders you place through our online menu.

What we collect

Only what you give us, and what your visits produce:

Your name, where you give one.
Your mobile number, if you join by phone.
Your email address, if you join by email.
Your birthday, if you choose to tell us — the month and day only, never the year.
Your points, and the rewards you have earned and redeemed.
Orders you place with us: what you ordered, when, and what you paid.
A record of the messages we have sent you.

We do not collect your location, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not buy information about you from anybody else.

What we use it for

Running the programme: crediting your points and letting you claim what you have earned.
Recognising you when you come in or sign in, so your rewards are on the right account.
Sending you programme messages — a welcome when you join, and offers from Leymoon by text or email.
Taking and preparing your orders, and telling you when they are ready.

We do not sell your information. Leymoon does not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing, and are not passed to third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number you are agreeing to receive text messages from Leymoon about this rewards programme: a welcome message when you join, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop, reply STOP to any message. That takes effect immediately and you will get no further texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact details below. You can also just ask us next time you are in.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and stopping them does not affect your rewards — everything you have earned stays on your account.

Emails

Programme emails carry an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Your rewards are unaffected.

Who else sees it

This programme runs on Splango, which stores this information and sends these messages on behalf of Leymoon and only ever on our instructions. Splango uses established providers to deliver texts and emails — they handle what is needed to deliver a message and nothing else.

Beyond that, nobody — except where the law requires it of us.

How long we keep it

Your account and its history: for as long as you are a member, so your rewards keep working.
Sign-in codes: they expire in minutes and are deleted shortly after.

Your choices

Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
Stop emails using the unsubscribe link in any of them.
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely.

Children

This programme is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly enrol them.
